Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

You must provide an order number or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at miccabhairgrowth@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label along with instructions for return.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnables

Items purchased on sale or gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, a $8 reshipment fee will apply.

For stolen packages marked as delivered, a claim must be filed with USPS or UPS.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item, the fastest way is to return it and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow processing time, as it may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
